Beef Stew with Shiitake Mushrooms

Cooking Instructions:

1. Heat up the pan and add oil. On low to medium heat, evenly lay the ginger and garlic at the bottom of the pan, followed by onions. Then place meat on top of the onions. Turn on medium to high heat, put on the lid and simmer for 2-3 min. 

2. Stir and mix in the meat, add the black pepper sauce and the cooking wine (the two sauce satchels) mix well then put on the lid. Simmer for another 2-3min. 

3. Remove the lid, stir and mix well. Serve.
