Braised Pigs Ears by Bun Shop

Don't be daunted by the ingredient! Pigs' ears are actually a very popular dish, usually consumed as a side dish or simply as snacks. Once properly cooked and braised, pigs' ears offer a combination of a crunchy texture with deep flavours absorbed from the braising soup.

Usually served cold with a dash of sesame oil to add to the flavour depth, but if you are after the real deal, do add your own choice of chilli oil.
