Pan Fried Chicken Wings with Aromatic Ginger

Cooking Instructions:

1. Heat up the pan and add cooking oil. Add chicken wings and pan fry each side for approx. 2 min until golden. 

2. Add sauce and put on the lid. Simmer on medium to low heat for 3 min on one side, then flip and simmer for another 2 min. (Add approx. 50ml of water if the pan runs dry during simmering) Serve.
