Stir Fried Beef with Assorted Onions

A traditional stir fry popular in the northern parts of China, this dish takes beef for a new spin! The secret is all in the assorted onions which add texture and aroma to the flavourful dish. The serving is big enough for two, but don't tell anyone, because you might want to finish it ALL by yourself.

Cooking Instructions:

1. Heat up the pan and add cooking oil. Add beef, stir fry for approx. 2 min, then add onions/chives and stir fry on high heat for another 2 min.

2. Add sauce and stir until ingredients are evenly coated. Serve.
