Stir Fried Chicken with Capsicum in Black Soybean Sauce

For those of you who love Asian cuisine, you would have tried a dish with black bean sauce in the past. But for those of you who're not familiar with it? It's fermented black beans with garlic, ginger, soy sauce and Chinese vinegar.  It can be rather salty on its own, but when cooked with meat, it's a flavour enhancer.  Also, a good way to get kids (big and small) to eat more vegetables.
