Teriyaki Tofu

Whether you're a vegetarian or not, you will love this simple yet delicious dish.  Literally all you need to do is to throw all the ingredients and the sauce in the pan/wok, all at once, and wait for 5 minutes, and you're done! The flavour is a mixture of sweet and savoury, tangy and salty. Kids will like it too.
